Islam is very important and known religion in the middle east. Islam started with religious leader who was called Muhammad. He had a book called Quran written inspired from Allah. In the beginning, there was just one perspective. Three hundred years after Muhammad's death, a man that name was Buhari wrote some books about Muhammad’s ideas that called ‘’Hadith’’ and ‘’Sunna.’’ According after many years, islamic people accepted those books like secondary holy source. These books contain a lot of ideas against the Quran. In today’s Islam World, a reformist group was formed and claimed that all of islamic sects and hadiths are wrong and just Quran is true. They thought that turn to origin of Quran. No matter how similar the traditional sects that accept the Hadith and reformed Islamic religion seem in today’s world, actually, they are very different religious understandings, and three examples are stoning to people for adultery, killing people who leave from the Islam and convert to other religions, and the position of women in Islam.

While traditional Islam believes that the punishment should be stoning for the adultery, the reformist islam believes that the adultery is forbidden in the Quran but the stoning never recommended in the Quran as a punishment for any crime. Well, how traditional Islam adapted this horrible practices to Islam? Ironically, 300 years after Muhammad's death, Buhari copied the same of the Jew’s theological traditions, norms and rules to Islam. He claimed that there was a hungry goat which came to Muhammad’s bedroom and ate some part of the Quran. In this case, the evidence disappeared. Reported 'Aisha : ‘the verse of stoning and of suckling an adult ten times was revealed, and they were (written) on a paper and kept under my pillow. When the Messenger of Allah expired and we were occupied by his death, a goat entered and ate away the paper.’(Sunan Ibn Majah, Hadith 1944) Thus through particular chain of narration, all of traditional Islam believed that incredible story!

Actually, this punishment methods are origin of ancient civilizations. This punishment method is coming from ancient Jews’ norms of their cultures. We encounter this practice in The Holy Bible that written in many verses, "Again, thou shall say to the children of Israel, Whosoever he be of the children of Israel, or of the strangers that sojourn in Israel, that gives any of his seed unto Molech; he shall surely be put to death: the people of the land shall stone him with stones." (Leviticus 20:2) We read similar verse in another verse "A man also or woman that hath a familiar spirit, or that is a wizard, shall surely be put to death: they shall stone them with stones: their blood shall be upon them." (Leviticus 20:27) We can give more examples but these examples seem adequate for the present.

On the other hand, in modern Islam, they say that the adultery is forbidden in the Quran but the stoning never recommended in the Quran as a punishment for any crime. Moreover, they claim that this punishment copied same from The Old Testament to Religion of Islam. So that, 200, 300 or 400 years after Muhammad, some people, likes Buhari, wrote the hadiths to lie. They often emphasizes that believers should read like this verses, "Anyone who kills a person who has not committed murder, or who has not committed mischief in the land; then it is as if he has killed all the people! Whoever spares a life, then it is as if he has given life to all the people." (Edip Yuksel, Quran: A Reformist Translation, 5:32). For the reformist, the punishment the adultery in stoning is worg and terrible practice.

In today’s world, the traditional Islam defend the idea that killing people who leave from the Islam or convert to other religions. There is a significant theological concept that were labeled ‘’murtad’’ (apostate) in the Hadiths that affected to Islam. Also we encounter these punishment in Hadiths that were written Buhari and similar people like him. For example, "Whoever changes his religion, kill him." (reported by al-Bukhaari, al-Fath, no. 3017) Also we can read more like this: ‘’A man who embraces Islam, then reverts to Judaism is to be killed according to "the verdict of Allah and his apostle." ( Al-Bukhaari, no. 84:57) While this is the case, the Reformists emphasize, this punishment definitely never written in the Quran. Quran record, ‘’There is no compulsion in the system/religion...To you is your system/religion, and to me is mine.’’ (Edip-Yuksel, Quran: A Reformist Translation, 2:256; 109:6 ) While the Quran recorded that should be encourage even who defamation Allah, the Traditional Islam teaches that, killing apostates, should be inspired and supported from Allah. Why do they think and support these ideas? Why are there two many different perspective? Actually, the principal reason, accept to Hadiths from Allah or not. While the traditional Islam accept the Hadiths, the Reformist Islam doesn’t accept the Hadiths inspired of Allah. The main distinction seems of this reason.

According to the traditional islam support that women are mentally and spiritually inferior to men and women always second class citizens. For the Traditional Islam, women can not get dressed as they want. In some Islamic countries, Iran, Saudi Arabia, Yemen, Sudan, Algeria, Afghanistan, Iraq, Kuwait, Bangladesh, Egypt, short sleeves, even walking around in the street with contemporary clothes are forbidden. In fact, women required to wear long black Hijab that covers all of their body. Women can not travel without their men's permission. They can not work in a job. Women are not allowed to shake hands with men.

They don’t respect to women like a real human. While though hard to believe but in some cases, Islam equate women with animals and slaves. For example, they believe that If a dog, or a woman passes in front of the praying person the prayer is invalidated. Narrated 'Aisha: "You have compared us (women) to donkeys and dogs. By Allah! I saw the Prophet praying while I used to lie in (my) bed between him and the Qibla."(Bukhari , Hadith 484) The traditional islam claim that hell will be filled with mostly women. They defend like this Hadiths: ` Mohammed said, "I was shown the Hell-fire and that the majority of its dwellers are women." (Bukhari: 29, 304, 1052) and they are insufficient in intelligence and religion. On the other hand, the Reformist Islam said that have to focus to Quran and never accept the Hadiths. They defend this verse from Quran: ’’you are equal to one another.’’ (Edip-Yuksel, Quran: A Reformist Translation, 4:25) They declared that women are so important and valuable like men; There isn’t distinction.

In summary, the traditional Islam claim, the Quran is not enough for source to understand the facts. According to them, People need to accept the Hadith and Sunna books. People can not understand the Quran without these books. These books claim that contain Muhammad’s words by written Buhari, Ebu Davud, Imam Hanbeli and similar people. In fact, they lived and wrote these books a few hundred years after Muhammad's death. According these books, the punishment should stoning for adultery, kill if someone leave from Islam and convert other religions and women are mentally and spiritually inferior to men. The books contain bigoted ideas in their Hadiths. Moreover, the Reformist Islam doesn’t accept the Hadiths. They try to be rational and focus to Quran. Also, they defend that the original Islam is so different than today’s general Islamic perspective.
